While CTS offers basic tiered solutions, we would like to work with you to develop custom service solutions that fit your unique business needs.

SolutionsProactive Dedicated Support: Our most popular solution, this package offers the maximum peace of mind knowing that there are dedicated CTS personnel that are proactively monitoring your network and computer performance and solving small issues before they turn into bigger problems that impact business productivity. We maintain hardware and software inventories, provide user access control, and keep operating systems and software applications updated to maintain the highest levels of system security and performance.

Reactive Dedicated Support: This package also offers dedicated CTS personnel that are available if any problems arise; however, it does not include network and computer monitoring and provides support on a reactive basis. This tier still provides basic system administration functions such as user access control and operating system and software application updates.

On Call Support: This package offers support from our CTS day staff who will schedule an appointment to provide the support requested. Services are provided using a per-hour rate based on the type of support required.

Project Support: CTS provides various project services. If you require one-time consulting, procurement, installation or project oversight, just give as call, and we’ll provide you with the support you need.
